When making the copy of the document, please make sure all 4 corners are in the picture. It is best to lay it on a white paper and have a margin around the document. If the document is in color, please make a color image.
Also be sure there is no glare and the text is sharp and clear.
Acceptable formats are: PDF, JPG, PNG, TIF, GIF.
If you use your smart phone camera, as said above, please place the document on a white paper and have a small margin around the edges so that all corners are in the picture.
